Can I use more than one currency?
Orange accounting program is built-up with two base currencies that you may set from the beginning
while creating your company and then allows you to add as many secondary currencies as needed.

money you are making in each job. These jobs can be divided into sections to have more details. To
get this done, you should link every transaction to its specific job.

selling is less than the quantity available in stock.

In case of having recurring transactions, do I have to make them allover again each time?
The program helps you save time making recurring transactions by saving them in a template and, 
simply open this template each time you need to make those transactions. It can also remind you with
transactions at the time they should be prepared.

Can I know the latest price given to a customer for a certain item without searching his old
invoices?
If you are selling an item for a customer, the program provides you with the latest prices given to him 
with the transactions' reference, date and discount allowed while making the sales invoice.

Can I know when my orders should be delivered?
The program gives a list with all pending transactions depending on the date they should be delivered. 
Choosing a certain date, the program will display all the transactions that should be completed during 
that date.
This corresponds with both purchase and sale orders.

Will the program inform me if the item in stock reaches its minimum quantity?
You can determine the minimum quantity for your item and when the product reaches that quantity, 
and the program will list all the items that should be purchased.

Does this program show the delayed payments?
You can work on aged payable and receivable report in Orange Accounting, that shows for each 
customer or vendor the amount of invoices that were not paid during a certain period of time.

Does the program allow me to include more than one check in a receipt?
In Orange Accounting program, the receipt can contain multiple checks with all the detailed information 
related to it and they will all make up the total amount of the receipt. 

If I have multiple packing units for each item, can I create them in Orange?
Orange Accounting program, can provide multiple packing units for your stock items, where each unit 
can have its own price, weight and volume plus other related information.
In addition you can perform the items' movement report for each unit alone.

I trade with several selling prices, would this program allow me to enter multiple prices for
a single item?
The program provides 5 price levels for each item's packing unit depending on its currency. For example
if you have 3 currencies for one item, then you can have up to 15 price levels for each unit.

I need to make a quick invoice using the items' barcode, is this procedure available in 
Orange program?
You can insert as many barcodes needed for each item's packing unit. When you make an invoice 
using a particular barcode entered, the program will automatically set the item related with its 
associated information.

Can I unpack items, and would my stock stay accurate?
You can convert an item's packing unit and the program will automatically update the quantities on 
hand for each unit.

In case I have many items to be sold within one item, Can I build such item in Orange 
Accounting program?
The program can automatically build an item for you by making a simple transaction that displays all 
the items required for building and their quantities. To do so, you have to enter the build information for 
the manufactured item first. If the manufacured item requires different items each time, you can 
manually make your inventory build transaction.

I'm making very quick and long invoices where I don't have time searching the item 
availability in stock; can Orange program provide me with a solution for my problem?
Using Orange sales invoice, you can view the information related to the item you're selling including its 
quantity on hand and price, in a table at the bottom of the invoice.
The information in that table will automatically change by choosing a new item to be sold.
